As the competition in the telecom sector intensified, Airtel renewed its postpaid services. The company shifted from being the second largest telecom operator to third place when Jio took over. Airtel is renewing its postpaid offers to make its services more attractive to users. Airtel now offers only four postpaid plans that start at Rs 499 and go up to Rs 1,599, according to their website. All four plans offer some data with unlimited calls and rollover via SMS. However, the highest plan priced at Rs 1,599 comes with unlimited data, calls and SMS messages. Here are the features offered by all the plans:
Rs 499 postpaid plan
With a postpaid rate of Rs 499, a user is given credit, which is eligible for 75 GB of data transfer for one month. It also has unlimited calls, 100 free daily SMS, and a free quarterly Netflix subscription. In addition, a user will have free access to Airtel TV Premium, Airtel Phone Protection and ZEE5 shows and movies from a one-year free Amazon Prime subscription.
Rs 749 postpaid plan
Its Rs 749 postpaid tariff offers 125GB high-speed data access for one month along with unlimited free calls and 100 daily SMS. This plan can be selected for three connections, two normal and one data plugin. You’ll get the same free Netflix, Amazon Prime, Airtel TV Premium, Airtel Phone Protection, and ZEE5 access with this plan. There is also a data transfer facility that will deposit the remaining data into a user’s data balance next month.
999 Rupees postpaid plan
Airtel’s penultimate postpaid plan is priced at Rs 999 and offers data transfer with 150GB of data per month. This plan is suitable for a total of five connections, including four regular and one data add-on connection. There are 100 SMS per day, along with unlimited calls and all the additional benefits mentioned in previous plans.
1,599 Rupees postpaid plan
Airtel’s highest priced Rs 1,599 postpaid plan offers a great deal with unlimited free data and calls for a month. You also get 100 free SMS per day. This plan is suitable for two regular connections and comes with all the aforementioned benefits like free Netflix and Amazon Prime subscription, Airtel TV Premium, Phone Protection, and ZEE5 access.
